Happy Thanksgiving

There's very little to compare with having Thanksgiving dinner in a house built 1785.  A warm morning, heated by an antique cast iron cook stove built in the early years of the 20th century.  A couple of hours spent cutting and chopping firewood, to kindle said cookstove.  The bird in the oven (not in the cookstove though), home made breads ...

... and the family together for dinner.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
